Elmo clutched his Shopper’s Charge and headed on down to the gallery mall. With the coming highs in the 30s and a warming trend throughout the week, he needed to stock up on Van’s and swimwear for the summer. He rested back on the headrest of his Grand Le Mans and turned on the radio: “You spot a fine woman sittin’ in your row. Dressed in yellow, she says hello, come sit next to me you fine fellow. You run over there without a second to lose, and what comes next, hey! Bust a move.” Indeed, spring fever is in full swing, and our weather imp friend has been inspired by the vogue music and clothing of yesteryear.
