Scott Momaday, the first Native American to win the Pulitzer Prize, is set to speak on campus Tuesday. Momaday won the Pulitzer Prize in 1969 for his novel, âÄúHouse Made of Dawn.âÄù Since, he has been honored by the United Nations and President George W. Bush, among others. Momaday will be speaking at the Ted Mann Concert hall at 12:15. His lecture will be on storytelling in Native American culture. The event is free and open to the public.
