Kara Snow ended her first week of school with a cashier shift at Harvard Market East.
“The first week was hot and there was a lot of walking, but I don’t think my semester should be hard,” she said.
The fisheries and wildlife sophomore said she enjoys her job because she can listen to her own music and do homework.
Snow said she also likes her job because of the people she meets.
“Sometimes I get customers who really want to talk for a long time and there are definitely crazy people that come in, but, I mean, it makes it a little more interesting,” Snow said.
