Minneapolis police are investigating a possible suicide at the Melrose Student Suites.
University police Chief Greg Hestness said University police assisted Minneapolis police at the scene Thursday night after a 42-year-old man jumped from a window.
The man was a University law school graduate, but wasn’t currently enrolled at the University, he said.
Michael Wild, director of student services at Melrose, said the man was a resident of the apartments and jumped from the ninth floor of the building.
