‘WebVista Unavailable’ explanation needed

The time is 3:20 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, and I continue to be locked out of the tools needed for my academic success found on WebVista. In fact, the message throughout the weekend stated the tools would be up and working by noon Sunday, over three hours ago. Typically, WebVista updates (and other technical updates) have been done during the early morning hours on Sundays only, but this update has taken the entire weekend, and web resources have been unavailable since Friday. I would like an administrator from the systems office to explain to the entire University of Minnesota why we werenâÄôt able to work on homework or study this weekend, and then tell us when it is âÄúscheduledâÄù to happen again.
