After his playing time dwindled as the 2018-19 season went on, a Gophers’ guard intends to go elsewhere.
Sophomore point guard Isaiah Washington announced on Twitter on Monday that he intends to transfer from the University of Minnesota.
“I will not be returning to the University of Minnesota next season,” Washington wrote in the statement posted to Twitter.
