Elmo was disturbed. His favorite tree only had a few leaves. He wondered if Minnesota would ever have warm temperatures. He took out the paper to look at the weather report. It said that Tuesday would be partly sunny with a high in the mid 60’s and winds from 10-20 mph. Wednesday was to be cloudy with a 30 percent chance of showers and a high in the mid 60’s. He thought to himself, “Am I ever going to see the sun shine with no clouds or blustery winds?” Elmo wondered as a miniature twister tore some leaves off of his favorite tree, and scattered his lecture notes all over the mall. He shouted, “That’s it! I’m moving to Texas!” as he rode off into the sunset.
