Free stuff for voting is illegal

Ben and Jerry’s will grant you a free scoop of ice cream between 5 and 8 p.m. :

At 7:08, reporter Keith Hovis said there were "massive amounts of people" at the Super Block location. Reporter Josh Katzenstein said at 7:35 that the line was down Walnut Street SE.

Caribou Coffee (but apparently not the one in Stadium Village) and Starbucks are also giving away free coffee.

To debunk any rumors, Chipotle is not, I repeat, is not giving away free burritos.

And you don’t even need to flash your “I Voted” sticker — it’s against the law for establishments to only offer their free goodies to those who vote, it has to be equal opportunity.
