Among the  nearly 97 percent of precincts reporting, 58.6 percent of voters have said ‘yes’ to the Clean Water, Wildlife, Cultural Heritage and Natural Areas constitutional amendment, according to the Secretary of State website. It looks like it’s going to pass.
