Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani will campaign Monday afternoon at OâÄôGaraâÄôs Bar and Grill in St. Paul, according to a news release. Doors open for the Road to Victory rally at 3:00 p.m., and the program begins at 4:00 p.m. Norm Coleman, Michele Bachmann, John Kline, and other Republican politicians will join Giuliani, the news release said.
