Two University of Minnesota wrestlers who were held on probable cause of criminal sexual conduct are not being charged pending further investigation.
The two athletes have been released from custody Tuesday after 36 hours of being held without charges, according to the Hennepin County Attorney’s office.
The investigation is still open, according to the same office, and those working on the case will continue to review evidence in the next 90 days.
