Two 15-year-old high school girls working a concession stand at the St. Paul Student Center Sunday afternoon reported that a man showed them his genitals through his open pants zipper. The 56-year-old man had been talking to the girls for a while before they noticed, University of Minnesota police Deputy Sgt. Chuck Miner said. No arrest was made, because it wasnâÄôt clear if the indecent exposure was intentional, Miner said. Police were familiar with the man, Miner said, because he had previously been cited for trespassing at University buildings.
