Culture to consume:

Binge-watch this: “Russian Doll”

Maybe you loved her on “Orange is the New Black” as Nicky Nichols, or maybe you’re just intrigued by her street smart “go-fuck-yourself” attitude and wild mess of orange hair. Either way, Natasha Lyonne stuns as the cigarette-smoking protagonist in Netflix’s latest show. Shrouded in dark humor, this is one of those stories that follows you even after you’ve stopped watching. I’ll spare you any spoilers, but gosh, just wait for the ending!

Treat yourself to this: Homemade cherry cheesecake pie

Okay, none of us really have time to “cook” cook these days. But with this recipe, you’ll give yourself time. With cherry cheesecake pie, you never have to choose between two desserts; you have the best of both worlds. Recipe here

Get hung up on this: string lights

The snow keeps coming, and although the mornings aren’t so dark anymore, it’s still a pretty dreary time for someone who spends much of the day holed up in their bedroom. Browse Amazon for some cute string lights to hang up around your bed frame or to loop on your walls. This’ll immediately elevate you to that cozy hipster status you’ve always secretly dreamed of. Plus, it adds some warm light that’s good to study by.
