The world of print journalism is changing. Fewer people are reading newspapers and are instead turning to television, radio and the Internet for more immediate sports coverage.

In response to those changes, the sports department here at the Minnesota Daily is making some changes in our coverage of Minnesota sports.
Starting today we will have our own Web log entitled, “Upon Further ReviewÖ” which will provide analysis and commentary on Gophers sports.
While the blog is in infant stages, we hope it will provide the extra information our readers are looking for.
For now, that information will include extra news and notes that may not have been printed along with opinions and further analysis about different Minnesota teams. Readers will also be able to post their comments about the blog.
Undoubtedly there will be changes and improvements made in the near future so please bear with us as we try to make this blog better and more complete so readers can have access to all the news they could possibly want about Gophers sports.
