The Gophers had 53 student-athletes earn Academic All-Conference for fall seasons, constituting 7.5 percent of this year’s recipients.
Recipients included volleyball’s Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year, Jessica Granquist; senior quarterback Adam Weber; and women’s cross country runners Steph Price, who earned All-American, and Kathryn Ritter, who earned a 4.0 grade point average.
To qualify for the award, student-athletes must be letterwinners who are in at least their second year of school and have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
