Third sexual assault reported at frat

A 19-year-old woman was the victim of an alleged sexual assault, the third assault to take place at a University of Minnesota fraternity in the past two weeks.

A third sexual assault in two weeks at a University of Minnesota fraternity has been reported.

The alleged assault occurred either Thursday night or Friday morning at the Phi Gamma Delta house at 1129 University Ave. SE in Minneapolis.

The victim is a 19-year-old woman who was a guest at the house. No further information about the assault is available at this time.

In a meeting Sunday night, the University Interfraternity Council imposed a dry-house policy that will prohibit guests from consuming alcohol at all affiliated chapter houses.

Sexual assaults were reported at different University fraternities on Sept. 18 and Sept 26.
