US Labor Department hosts webinar for college seniors, young workers

The U.S. Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration is hosting a free webinar on April 18 to help college seniors and younger workers pay their debt and start saving.

As part of National Financial Capability Month, the webinar "Key financial Steps for College Seniors and Young Workers," will be held from 4-5:15 p.m EDT, according to the press release.

Participants will learn five steps to teach them how to get off to a good financial start. These steps include: how to create a budget, repay student loans, think like a saver and stay out of debt, invest for the future and make the most of job-related benefits.

The webinar will also include speakers from Consumer Federation of America/America Saves, the National Endowment for Financial Education, and the Society for Financial Education and Professional Development
