The Gophers play their last home game against St. Mary’s before heading to Florida.

The Gophers play their last home game Monday against St. MaryâÄôs before heading south for the Old Spice Classic in Orlando, Fla., where they could meet Fairfield again.

Mount St. MaryâÄôs (1-2) is coming off its home opener, which it lost 65-53 to Siena.

The Mountaineers have not defeated a Big Ten opponent since moving to Division I (0-10). They lost to the Gophers 87-62 on Dec. 28, 1995, in the only meeting between the two schools.

Like many of the GophersâÄô nonconference opponents, Mount St. MaryâÄôs is undersized, with three probable starters listed at 6 feet 2 inches or shorter. The MountaineersâÄô tallest starter, Raven Barber, is 6 feet 8 inches.

Mount St. MaryâÄôs employs a balanced attack with four players averaging between 9.7 and 11.7 points per game.
