Starting Friday, a new weekend bus service will run between the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Minnesota. Provided by Badger Bus and Jefferson Lines, the bus will make stops in St. Paul, Rochester and Winona in Minnesota and in La Crosse, Wis. Between Friday and Monday, the bus will depart from Coffman Union at 2 p.m. and arrive at WisconsinâÄôs Memorial Union at 8 p.m. daily. Advance tickets are available for $38 one way and $76 round trip, while tickets purchased at the time of departure are $45 one way or $90 round trip. âÄúWe felt that our new service would be able to provide connections between the colleges that students have asked for,âÄù said Scott Kreisler , operation manager in charge of customer service for Badger Bus.
Bus line to connect Minneapolis and Madison
The new bus partnership will connect the U and UW-Madison.
