Elmo was dancing to his favorite George Clinton album when an inadvertent booty shake summoned the mothership. As he looked on in disbelief, Starchild stepped out and said, “Put a glide in your stride and a dip in your hip, and come along to the Mothership, because thursday will be mostly cloudy and continued cool with a high in the lower 50s and northwest wind 10
to 20 mph. The outlook for friday is partly cloudy with a low in the upper 30s and the high around 60.” As the mothership departed, Elmo found himself singing outloud. “Make my funk the E-funk, I want to get funked up…”
