More and more there seems to be evidence of mistakes and mistrials involving death penalty sentences in the United States. And again a federal judge says it’s unconstitutional (“Judge declares death penalty law unconstitutional,” Sept. 25). How do we make up for these mistakes? How about let’s finally get rid of it!
