For the fifth straight week, the Gophers volleyball team ranks No. 10 in the nation, according to Monday's American Volleyball Coaches Association poll.
Minnesota maintains its ranking after a 3-0 win over unranked Wisconsin on Wednesday and a 3-1 win over Purdue, which dropped four spots to No. 21.
Penn State is still No. 1, and Stanford and Oregon still follow in second and third, respectively. In fact, there was no movement at all in the first 12 spots.
The Gophers will face unranked Northwestern on Friday at the Sports Pavilion. Sunday's opponent in Williams Arena, Illinois, dropped out of the top-25 and only received votes this week for a national ranking.
