Response to ‘After criticism, new U regents up engagement’

Great article by Christopher Aadland regarding stepped up oversight by the Board of Regents. If the regents had been seriously scrutinizing proposals and activities of the Bruininks administration, the University of Minnesota would not be converting an essential agricultural research station (UMore Park at Rosemount) into a gravel pit. The procedures regarding participants in clinical drug research would have been adequately addressed at that time. The number and pay of top administrators is still an unaddressed issue.
