After going 2-0 on Sunday and helping the Gophers to two victories in the National Wrestling Coaches Association National Duals final four over No. 4 Iowa and No. 1 Oklahoma State Cody Yohn was honored by being named the last Big Ten wrestler of the week of the season.

Yohn (165 pounds) defeated No. 6 Mike Evans of Iowa 4-2 in the Gophers comeback win over the Hawkeyes. He followed that performance with a 4-2 overtime victory over OSU's Dallas Bailey in the National Duals championship match. The Gophers defeated the Cowboys 18-13 for the first time since 2006 and took home the title.

The junior from Alamosa, Colo., is currently ranked No. 14 at 165 pounds and is currently on a four-match winning streak after snapping a 3-match losing streak at the first weekend of the National Duals. His season record is 15-7.

Yohn and the rest of the Gophers wrestling team will be back in action at the Big Ten Championships March 3-4 in West Lafayette, Ind.
