Many young people, such as my daughter, have jobs that do not offer health insurance. At her income, a penalty of $3800 would defeat the purpose of working and IâÄôm getting too old and poor myself. Please take people like us into consideration before some rash and irrational policy of penalties. It sounds like debtorsâÄô prison will be next. Suzanne Rogers Daily reader
