Junior running back David Cobb rushed for 138 yards on 31 carries, and Minnesota withstood a second-half charge by Nebraska (5-2, 2-1 Big Ten).
Nebraska running back Ameer Abdullah rushed for 165 yards, and senior quarterback Taylor Martinez made his first start for the Cornhuskers since Sept. 14. He finished 16-30 for 139 yards, a touchdown and a late interception.
