The University of Minnesota’s facility manager for Williams Arena and the Sports Pavillion, Michael Dale, was fired Friday, according to a Star Tribune report.
The firing came after an internal investigation.
The nature of the investigation is unclear, but the results may be turned over to University Police for review.
According to the report, Dale came to the University during Dan Monson’s tenure as the men’s basketball coach and worked as a team manager. Dale held the facility manager position for two years.
