Three members of the Minnesota Lynx will represent Team USA this summer at the Olympic Games in London. Seimone Augustus, who was on the team in 2008, Maya Moore, and former Gophers star Lindsay Whalen were selected by the five-member selection committee which was announced yesterday, ESPN reported.
Team USA, which will be coached by University of Connecticut's Geno Auriemma, has won four straight Olympic gold medals. They announced 11 of 12 roster spots and have until June 18 to select their 12th player.
