Tremor causes power outage in Acapulco

MEXICO CITY (AP) — A strong earthquake briefly cut power Sunday to parts of the resort city of Acapulco, but there were no reports of injury or serious damage, officials said.
The magnitude 5.2 temblor struck at 2:55 p.m. and was centered about five miles off Acapulco’s coast in the Pacific Ocean, the National Seismological Center in Mexico City said.
