House robbery in Marcy-Holmes Monday morning

A house robbery happened near Dinkytown early Monday morning, according to an all-campus alert.

The incident took place near 10th Avenue and University Avenue Southeast at 3:48 a.m.

According to the alert, the two suspects — described as males in their early 20s and implied as having a knife — broke into the back door of the residence, assaulted the victims and left.

This is considered a Minneapolis Police Department case.
