A robbery occurred near the Phillips Wangensteen building on Sunday night, according to a SAFE-U alert.
The robbery happened at approximately 10:30 p.m. at 516 Delaware St. S.E. on the University of Minnesota’s East Bank campus.
The suspect is a female in her late 20s, standing at 5 feet, 6 inches tall, according to the alert. The suspect wore a black ski mask with a skull on it, a puffy silver jacket and black pants.
The suspect also threatened two victims with a handgun.
