ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) âÄî Auditors who have been evaluating job training programs at Minnesota community and technical colleges will present their report to legislators this week. The Office of the Legislative Auditor looked at programs run by the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system to see whether the programs are responding to market conditions and employer needs. The report, which will also include how well the MnSCU programs coordinate with state work force centers, will be presented at a legislative hearing on Monday. The audit comes as the state watches its unemployment rate continue to rise.
