Distribution error leaves Daily off racks
This could be the second time in Daily history the paper is not delivered on the intended publication date.
Published June 10, 2009
Due to complications with our distributor, The Minnesota DailyâÄôs weekly summer issue was not delivered to the racks on time Wednesday, June 10. The delay arose after a truck a broke down on its way from the publisher to the distributor, causing the issue to be late and miss the distribution truck. We are working with the publisher to find a freelance distribution service to deliver the papers later today, but itâÄôs possible that they will not be delivered until Thursday. This could be the second time in the long history of the Daily that the print issue was not delivered to the racks on the date of publication. On behalf of the Daily, I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our readers and advertisers.
