Sophomore Maggie Keefer has been named the Big Ten Diver of the Week after helping the Gophers swimming and diving team defeat Iowa State 199-100 this past weekend. 

This is the second consecutive week that Keefer has been bestowed with this honor, and the third time in her Gopher career.

Keefer won the 1-meter event, setting a meet record with her score of 305.92. She also finished second in the 3-meter event (294.90) behind teammate Katie Grunawalt. Both of Keefer’s scores were NCAA qualifying marks.
