The all-campus elections have come to a close, and several student groups at the University of Minnesota have new leadership.

The All Campus Election Commission announced winners of the all-campus election Thursday night, including new leadership for the Minnesota Student Association, Council of Graduate Students and more.

Simran Mishra and Mina Kian were voted as the new Minnesota Student Association president and vice president, respectively, garnering over 83 percent of the vote. They will take over the positions that represent the undergraduate students at the University in the summer.

Mishra and Kian got a total of 3,674 votes, compared to only 710 votes from their only opponents, Dobbs DeCorsey and Larranz Guider. A total of 4,405 votes were cast for the undergraduate election.

Sean Chen and Scott Petty were elected COGS president and vice president, respectively. Chen grabbed 331 votes, with Petty and Jonathan Borowsky finishing as runner-ups. Petty was elected vice president with only six votes after Chen was ruled ineligible for the position after winning the presidency. Twenty MSA at-large representatives and over 30 student senators were elected.

Results for the Professional Student Government election, School of Medicine and College of Pharmacy Student Senate seats and results of the divest referendum will be available on Sunday.

This delay comes after professional students were unable to vote on the referendum due to technical difficulty. A ballot will be available to affected students through Saturday at 8 p.m.
