U poli sci professors to answer students’ election questions

The University of MinnesotaâÄôs political science department is hosting a forum Monday evening at the McNamara Alumni Center for students and the public to ask questions about the presidential election. University professors William Flanigan, Larry Jacobs, Joanne Miller, John Sullivan and Kathryn Pearson are among those on the panel of experts. Regents professor emeritus Frank Sorauf is the forumâÄôs moderator. Some key questions that are expected to be addressed include campaign strategy, political advertisements, campaign finance, electoral rules and procedures, the national economy and elements of politics particular to Minnesota.
