A University of Minnesota student was robbed in Dinkytown Tuesday night, according to an alert sent by the school.
Minneapolis police responded to an aggravated robbery on the intersection of 11th Avenue Southeast and Sixth Street Southeast near the Pillsbury Court Apartments around 10 p.m.
Two suspects who showed the victim a gun, approached him, demanding his valuables. The victim handed over his cash and ID to the suspects, who fled southbound.
The victim was not injured, the alert said.
