As reported by the Star Tribune here, Al Franken is suing for access to data on voters who had their absentee ballots rejected.
The suit was filed Thursday in Ramsey County, and the Franken campaign hopes a ruling in their favor will be applied statewide.
It’s not clear whether ballots found to be improperly rejected could be included in the pending recount.
