Friday: Weisman Art De-Stress Tour

Feeling the stress of midterms? Looking to take your mind off school and see something new? Join the Weisman Art Museum on East Bank to kick off an afternoon of relaxing activities. There will be a free guided tour of the museum, good company, and best of all, complimentary Starbucks coffee.

When: 

1:45 p.m. – Meet at Humphrey Atrium to start walking over to East Bank.

2:00 p.m. – Free coffee in the basement of Coffman Union.

3:00 – 3:45 p.m.  – Guided art tour at WAM.

Saturday: Union Rooftop Takeover Party

Watch the Minneapolis skyline light up the night as you hang out at the Union Rooftop’s 3-level “glass house.” There will be music from Mr. Peter Parker and DJ D-Mil until 2 a.m., as well as other DJs playing in Rev Ultra Lounge. The rooftop is fully enclosed and heated, so don’t let the Minnesota cold stop you from putting on your best going-out attire.

Sunday: Arctic Market

Stop by Lakes & Legends Brewing Company in Loring Park for the March edition of the Arctic Market. Meet with local artists and makers and browse a selection of handmade goods including woodwork, ceramics and jewelry. This event is open to all ages and better yet, it’s also dog-friendly.

When: 12 – 5 p.m.
