Two Gophers were honored as WCHA Players of the Week for their play last weekend against Ohio State.

Defenseman Anne Schleper was named WCHA Co-Defensive Player of the Week for her performance against the Buckeyes. The senior had a goal and three assists and had a +5 plus/minus rating in two games against OSU. Her three assists gave her a total of 79 for her career, second all-time amongst Minnesota defensemen. 

Freshman Rachel Ramsey was named WCHA Rookie of the Week. The first-year blueliner had three assists and a +3 plus/minus rating over the weekend. She leads all WCHA freshmen defensmen with 20 points this season.
