UMN Spring Jam 2017 lineup announced

A$AP Ferg will headline the event. Jon Bellion, Robert DeLong and Bad Bad Hats will also perform April 22.

the University of Minnesota’s Student Unions and Activities announced this year’s Spring Jam lineup Monday.

The lineup includes headliner A$AP Ferg, Jon Bellion, Robert DeLong and Bad Bad Hats.

Spring Jam will open Friday, April 21 with a student group social on the front plaza of Coffman Memorial Union at 2 p.m. followed by free pancakes and the final stage of the Battle of the Bands.

The final concert starts Saturday April 22 behind Ridder Arena with the winner of the Battle of the Bands contest, followed by Bad Bad Hats, Robert Delong, Jon Bellion and A$AP Ferg.

Wristbands to enter the festival grounds are $25 for students and $40 for the general public. Wristbands can be bought at the Coffman Union or St. Paul Student Center Info Desks from April 17 to April 21.

Other Spring Jam activities include a fair food, a beer garden, a giant slide, bumper cars and a Ferris wheel.

Twin Cities students can get a $5 discount on tickets through 9 a.m. Wednesday.
