A shuttle bus traveling down the St. Paul transit way was side swiped by a dump truck Monday at about 9 a.m., University Parking and Transportation Services marketing manager Mary Sienko said. The accident occurred at the Como Avenue intersection, and St. Paul Police responded, Sienko said. University Statistical Consulting Manager Aaron Rendahl was on the bus and said in an e-mail that two women appeared to be injured from the accident. Both women were taken away in ambulances, Rendahl said.
