A drug-related incident occurred outside of the University of Minnesota's Centennial Hall around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. A University Police officer at the scene described the incident as an “arrest from a narcotic.”
“We saw four cop cars whip out in font of Centen[ial]," said biology freshman Ella Hinkley.
Emily Pressprich, an architecture freshman, said she saw suspicious activity.
“They were burning something on the table,” she said.
Hinkley said she heard police allegedly used a taser on the suspect.
