There’s always something neat about drinking beer on the site where it was brewed. In the year since the “Surly Bill” was passed, Harriet Brewing is one of many local brewers that seized the opportunity to provide thirsty, craft-craving Minnesotans that chance by opening a tap room on location.
Saturday, Oct. 27 is Harriet’s Halloween. Trick or Drink, as they’re calling it, features live music, a costume ball and all the Harriet you can drink (before getting kicked out). Since Harriet does not serve food, they always have a food truck come around to serve hungry barflies—tomorrow’s will be Potter’s Pasties and Pies. So if adult Halloween mixed with meat pies is your thing, this is a recipe for good memories.
