An overturned Lexus SUV was quickly cleared after it hit a snowbank and slid for about 20 feet before flipping in front of the eastbound Coffman Union bus stop shortly before 11 a.m.

The driver experienced only minor cuts and no one else was involved in the crash, University Police Deputy Chief Chuck Miner said.

Murid Amini, a senior electrical engineer major, was one of a few people who rushed to help after the accident. Amini said he crawled through the vehicleâÄôs trunk to remove the driver, whose leg was stuck.
