If you’re heading to the men’s hockey or basketball games this weekend, you may want to avoid the Washington Avenue Bridge.
Construction is set to begin Saturday on the bridge for the coming Central Corridor light-rail. Traffic will be restricted to the outer lanes in both directions of the bridge until early March.
Project planners said in a release Wednesday that drivers should use the 10th avenue bridge or the I-35W bridge to get to campus this weekend.
