Gophers junior Carmen Laguna won Big Ten Women's Golfer of the Week after she posted the best tournament score of her career in Indiana this past weekend,
Carmen, a junior, shot 1-under par for the tournament at Hickory Stick Golf Club in Greenwood, Ind.
She finished in second place in a field of over 80 golfers in the tournament, which tied her best career finish.
This is the first career Big Ten honor for Laguna.
