Gophers’ spring practices to be open to the public

The Gophers football team's 15 spring practices will be open to the public, the University announced Monday.  The team will hold 10 practices at the Gibson-Nagurski Football Complex and five practices at TCF Bank Stadium. 

Head coach Jerry Kill has opened spring practice to the public during each of his three seasons at Minnesota.

The Gophers finished 6-7 in 2012, losing four of their last five games.  They open their 2013 season against Nevada-Las Vegas on Aug. 29.
