The University of Minnesota improved in the QS World Rankings this year, making it into the list of top-100 universities to get your first degree in. The University went from a 142 to 87 world ranking from 2007 to 2008, respectively. The methodology consisted of an academic peer review, employer review, faculty to student ratio, research citations per faculty and the proportion of international faculty and students.
