Taylor Heise and Abbey Murphy took home gold medals alongside Gophers alumni for the United States after defeating Canada 6-3 in the championship game.
Matthew Knies, who played as a forward for the Gophers, played three NHL games last week with the Toronto Maple Leafs. His best performance was in the second game against Tampa Bay on Tuesday.
